My sweet-spot is working with anyone that considers themselves an “every day athlete.” Typical profiles of my clients tend to look like this:
They love to workout, and try to do so as much as their schedule allows.
They participate in athletic events such as regular 5k’s, tough-mudders, and tri-athalons; practice yoga regularly, or have a designated bike at their favorite cycling studio.
They love trying new methods of training.
They’re interested in the science and ideology of a whole foods approach to nutrition and fueling for their workouts.
BUT - there is missing link in their performance they they can’t quite figure out. They’re looking for a new challenge; they want to strengthen areas of weakness, and learn how to optimize nutrition for their everyday life. They’re also looking to have fun, and feel great in their bodies with a stress-free, educational, and inspiring approach.
I work with clients who KNOW they can be the athlete they want to be, but haven’t started yet. They just need direction.
They exercise, but feel lost in how to approach it for consistent results.
They need a framework for how to structure their workouts.
They’re interested in understanding the basic science behind training.
They need an extra push to try something new.

How Does This Work?
If you are interested in working together, all inquiries start with an application.
Based on your goals, I determine if I am the best fit for you, and follow-up via phone or zoom.
During this twenty-minute complimentary consult, we’ll discuss
your schedule, the equipment you have on-hand at home, your preferences for training,
any injuries you may have, and more. From there, we’ll make an appointment, and your training will begin.
The Fine Print:
Pre-Appointment
All appointments begin promptly.
Client’s are responsible for set-up based on in-home equipment, and client should be dressed and prepared for the workout at the start of the session. Typically I arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time to set-up any equipment needed on my end.
Workouts include a warm-up, training, and cool-down.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. 50% of the session price will be charged to your method of payment without proper notification within the 24-hour window. (If your appointment is at 8:00am, I need to know you’ve canceled by 8:00am the day prior.)
If a client is late the session will continue, and 100% of the session fee will be charged.
Payment
Payment is made via a separate processing site. A credit card is required to hold all appointments, and is only charged if a session has been fulfilled or if a client cancels an appointment outside of the 24-hour appointment.
Sessions can be paid for individually or in packs of 3, 5, and 10 sessions.
