Gain Insight Into Your Body

Nutritional Analyisis

Do you have the nagging feeling that something isn’t quite right with your body, but your labs come back normal?

Without an outlier in tests, your doctor can’t give you a path to follow when it comes to feeling your best. There’s only so much prescription medicine can do, and doctors typically aren’t trained to highlight the depths of healing nutrition can provide.

Where do you go from here?

Whether your own intuition is telling you something is off, or you’ve been diagnosed with a chronic health problem a nutritional analysis can offer new ways to dig into the health issues you’re facing.

A nutritional analysis is a comprehensive questionnaire asking over 300 questions about every system within your body. Each inquiry teases out lifestyle factors and symptoms that are tells to how much stress each system within your body is under. Based on your answers the nutritional analysis allows me to analyze which of your body systems are most burdened, and take a deep dive into the functions of each system to see where and what we need to start addressing first.

The solutions become very niche, and focus on a north to south approach from mind to mouth, and looks at health through five foundations: sleep, stress, nutrient dense diet, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.

How Does It Work?

Our work together includes:

1) A 320-question nutritional analysis, 3-day food and mood journal, and online interview intake form.

2) A twenty-minute intro call clarifying your health concerns and anything you shared in your initial intake form.

3) 45-minute pre-recorded video overview of your analysis and my recommended protocol.

4) A twenty-minute follow-up call for any questions you may have about your analysis and protocol.

5) Email support for up to one-month post-analysis.

What Does This Tell You?

Working together can identify areas of inflammation, over-burden, and depleted nutrients. Each body system responds to a lack of nutritional stress differently, yet every system is intimately connected.
