I’ve been in the trenches of my own fitness and nutrition journey for over ten years. During that time I’ve trained for

  • The 160-mile Trek Across Maine

  • 10-mile running races

  • Bodybuilding competitions

  • Taught TRX and HIIT classes, women’s strength programs, and trained clients one on one.

Now what I’m training for, is the art of discipline. I’m sharpening my ability to continue showing up to the track, the barbell, or the bike. Today, tomorrow, and the day after that.

I’m a big believer in “something over nothing” when it comes to exercise, and out of everything I’ve ever trained for, the practice of my daily input is by far the most satisfying.

I connect with “everyday athletes” who are looking to sink deeper into their own body’s knowing; who are looking for a new challenge; or a new direction to take their training.

1:1 Personal Training

I meet you where you are. Literally and figuratively. In-home personal training is a service I offer to those in the greater Portland, ME area. Sessions can focus on overall total body strength and conditioning; utilizing equipment you have on hand; or training for a specific goal.

Group Classes + Wellness

So many goals are more easily achieved with friends by your side. Not only for accountability, but for fun. I lead group classes in your home or home park tailored to your interests and goals.

Holistic Nutrition

I’m currently in the process of earning my Nutritional Therapeutic Practitioner (NTP) certification. This means I can support you in making lifestyle changes through habits, whole foods, and supplements to face chronic illness and alleviate symptoms that keep you from feeling your best.
